Sehat Box is a small, family-run business based in Ghaziabad, U.P., India, operating under Y.P. Sons and Manav International. We handle your information the same way we handle our products: carefully, and only when necessary.

What we collect

We collect only what you share with us. Your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter. Your name, phone number, and delivery address, if you place an order. Standard server logs that our hosting provider records automatically to keep the site running safely. No ad trackers, no behavioural cookies, no profiling of any kind.

How we use it

To send you our newsletter if you have signed up — recipes, festive drops, and the occasional small story. To respond to your questions and fulfil your orders. To arrange delivery and coordinate gifting requests. We will never sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it for anything beyond what is listed here.

Who we share it with

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to keep the website running and deliver your orders. Your delivery courier receives only what is needed to complete your shipment. If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, Meta's own privacy terms also apply to those conversations. We do not share your data with anyone for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to share, correct, or delete any information we hold about you, at any time. You can also withdraw any consent you have given us. Just call or WhatsApp us on +91 80006 90040 and we will sort it out, usually within a few days.

How long we keep your data

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Order details are kept for a few years in case we need to handle returns, queries, or tax records. WhatsApp messages stay on the platform per Meta's own retention rules.

Children

Our products are for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in our newsletter.
